I saw 52 degrees and lots of sunshine. I was driving with the windows down and enjoying it. Sorry to you guys in the snow belt.

It doesn't seem right that you have both high AC bills and high heating bills, Geo. And it messes with my uninformed image of the climate of the south.
I got the new tires installed early this afternoon, so we drove by the Sam's and there was no line at all. I saw nothing resembling competition when I was last there. Most of the customers were not speaking English, but there were no angry-sounding voices. Just an air of sadness.
That will be a convenient Costco for you, D. Let me know how swamped it is after the newness wears off.
Rain last evening & night and some more this afternoon, but mostly dry during the day with a high of 54. Can't complain at all.

brace yourself and update your score card.. drama continues.
CD didn't go to court to finalize the restraining order against Stray. She let him BACK IN!! He has multiple felonies out of Florida. S is pestering her too. So, yesterday, CD called The Mommy requesting a ride to a doc appt. It seems CD allowed Stray and S to take the two perfectly good, fairly young, vehicles. Neither are legal, both felons, off doing drug stuff in CD's vehicles. I hear S looks like crap aka meth head even though she was briefly clean after her stay in jail for December. OK, back to stray. I guess you need to have a court hearing with both parties invited to finalize a restraining order. Stray showed up but CD didn't bother. It got tossed out. I swear CD loves the chaos. She creates it and drags you in.
Weatherman said it was gonna bucket rain today. I haven't seen a drop yet. The Mommy came up and we added another 100 people to the family tree and updated dates. It's now up to 11,000 people on The Mommy's side of my tree. No sign of royalty or a celebrity in it.
My world continues relatively quiet. I like that!

Geo, that's way too cold. Time to buy some discounted wool "underlayer" pieces.
D, that's a lot of crazy you have going over there.
Though the daytime was fairly dry, a radar orange rain just went over me. Now it's back to radar green. 54 for the high. It seems when our weather is nicer than normal, the rest of the country gets slammed with nasty weather. Sorry about that.

Celebrating the Heat Wave here...34 & sunny. But it was 12 during the wee hours & only up to 19 when I was forced to go out into the World to pay a bill.
Thankfully the only Drama in my Life is of my own making & it usually involves Mo. Dog just ain't Right in the head.
