Bleithe was an angel on earth. I hope she is still one. I have a can of Reddi Wip and shall squirt some directly into my mouth in her memory.....mmmmm, it is good, but you have to tilt your head back and squirt downward.

Some Seattle SJWs got 17,000 signatures in 48 hours to cut the funding to the police department by 50% and use the money for "community based alternatives to incarceration and community based alternatives for public safety."

Seattle has been hiring police for a several years because the department was understaffed and officers were leaving for other towns. They've managed to add about 200 with hiring bonuses and now have 1,444. Boston, with 61K fewer people, has 2,015 officers. In polls, the rest of the residents would prefer to have more police doing more police things like they used to have the time to do.

We have about the same amount of bad cops as we've always had here. We've had a few road side protests that were mostly supported by everybody but a few cranks. Sunday's big Protest is canceled because some Group out of Huntsville threatened to attend & we ain't having that. After Federal Troops left here in 1866, we've done our damndest to make sure they ain't never been a reason to come here again.

I'm invited to a family Birthday/Pool Party this PM but was told I couldn't wear my birthday suit. Like I'd wear that ole saggy, stretched out thang anywhere.

you had to be reminded not to wear your birthday suit? Your parties must be good!

Genealogy work has put me in touch with my dad's first cousin. Trying to get family details from her is next. I barely have her family info.

Tales of the City... Several businesses here in town seem to think we'll be having riots this weekend & have boarded up their businesses. Our black population in this county is abt 5% & I'm betting most of them ain't going to make themselves into targets for the Bubba Police & their supporters.

Our one way County Square has traditionally been where those under the age of 21 hang out on weekend nights...drive around the square until you see someone you know & then park & gab. They've gentrified the Square making even driving around it difficult when you got Business to do at the Court House. Nodamnbody goes to the Court House because it's pretty.

Oh Foolish Me. It's 90 outside & I opened my car door without holding a pot holder. Profane+ profanities ensued. For the first time in Ever, I opened the sun roof to let the heat out of the car.
